The Director of ELA Consulting has over eleven years experience in many areas of Children’s Service, working in partnership with families to provide high quality care. I want to share this knowledge with you and allow you to make an informed decision when choosing care for your child. 

ELA Consulting also offers a service for parents where I will work with you, to find the care for your child/children that suits their individuality and your schedule. This includes meetings with you and your child, (or having a phone interview), to discuss your needs and provide me with an overview of your child’s interests, routine and individual needs. I will then view centres either on your behalf or together with you to determine the most suitable care for your child/(children).  

Philosophy
I have a Diploma in Children’s Services, and have worked in many areas of child care including: long day care (cook, assistant, qualified, director), school aged care, inclusion support and additional needs, Nannying, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and local government services in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and New Zealand.

I am deeply passionate about Children’s Services, in particular the quality aspect. I am an advocate for quality care and work with Child Care Services to improve practice. I believe that all children should have a voice and I aim to ensure that children are cared for in a quality Child Care Service. My vision for Children’s Services is to receive the recognition and status it deserves.
